It’s not surface-level small talk. It’s genuine connection. The kind where you ask how someone’s doing and you actually mean it. The kind where they remember what you told them last week. That kind of service can’t be trained. It comes from good people with good hearts. In a world that moves fast, this team makes you feel seen, remembered, and valued. I may joke that I’ve adopted them, but the loyalty and care are very real. 7 Brew has incredible coffee — but the people are what make it special. My 7brew kids are the best!!!"

"This crew is a hardworking bunch! They try to stay on top of things especially when we're lined around the building and they're trying to take care of half of Kingsport at one time. If they're busy, be patient with them like you would want someone to be patient with you. Try em out!"

"I was curious about the hype so I had to try it. Honestly, if the wait was not long, I’d say it’s totally worth it. It’s very purely designed as a treat (instead of a coffee tasting experience) we got the ice blondie with cupcake syrup. It was the right kind of sweet drink. Tasted really good. I loved the iced latte with Irish cream syrup. Like, I don’t know how they could get the tricky syrup work so well. Overall, tasted better than Starbucks and also cheaper for the same kind of drink."

"This is the first time I've been to this location since it first opened up. I came to the store around 0915. There was a total of 4 cars in the line. I waited for maybe 2-3 minutes before they took my order. The staff was super friendly and personable. They had my drink and food ready with in a few minutes. The Lemon Poppy Seed Muffin Top was larger than I had initially expected, but it was delicious cold, but if you get the chance I recommend trying it warmed up a well. As for the drink, I orded a Chi Tea with a shot of expresso. The drink was hot and yummy. Exactly what I had expected. If you're looking for a quick place to get a coffee, with excellent service I highly recommend this location!"
